Joe Kennedy and Scott Jasek are entrepreneurs with business in automobile racing, experiential marketing, high performance engine building, race parts distribution, and graphics. A big part of Kennedy and Jasek’s Indy involvement was starting the Indy Racing Experience. For over twenty one years, the Indy Racing Experience has operated as the exclusive racing experience at the world-famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway and INDYCAR SERIES. The success of the Indy Racing Experience led Kennedy and Jasek to pursue many opportunities including: Becoming the United States race parts distributor for Dallara - the INDYCAR CHASSIS manufacturer, purchasing EMI Graphix- a company that wraps hundreds of vehicles and race cars annually, and collaborating with Dallara to form the event venue company - Dallara IndyCar Factory/Main Street Events. The Dallara IndyCar Factory building is split between Indy Racing Experience and Dallara USA offices and manufacturing areas, which are both located in the rear of the building, while the entrance of the building is shared for the collaboration of the event venue space.
In 2012, the Dallara IndyCar Factory opened its doors and was established as a joint venture between the IndyCar Experience and Dallara Automobili. Located ⅓ of a mile southwest of the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway - home of the Indianapolis 500 - the Dallara IndyCar Factory, a 105,000 square foot facility is the destination for race-enthusiasts, and those who are brand new to the sport, to get their feel of all things IndyCar! The Dallara IndyCar Factory offers interested event venue attendees the chance to explore 20,000 square feet of interactive and hands-on exhibits centered around the engineering and technology of the world’s fastest sport! While booking your event at the DIF, you and your guests can feel the rush of adrenaline as you strap on a helmet and slip into our Street-Legal IndyCar 2 seater and cruise through the town of Speedway! Other activities including racing in our new simulators programmed to iRacing, guided interactive tours that offer a better understanding of the assembly of IndyCars, and a pit stop challenge! What better way to host your next event in the racing capital of the world, at a venue with racing related attractions?
